Booking Procedure & Payment Information

Thank you for your interest in joining one of our tours!

Please fill in the booking form below, then hit the submit button at the bottom of the page.

After we receive your booking form we will email you to confirm the tour details, cost and methods of payment. We do not require payment at this stage.

If you are booking 12 weeks or more before the departure date we will ask for a deposit of GB £300 per person. If you are booking within 12 week's of departure, full payment will be required. We accept Visa and MasterCard, credit and debit cards via our secure online page through WorldPay or if you prefer, we can make the transaction over the telephone. We also accept bank transfers.

The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
